Debate – Who was to blame for the Titanic sinking?
In groups, we read research about who was to blame for the Titanic sinking. Next, we each decided who we thought was the most at blame. We used the research to make notes and then used oracy debate sentence stems to create a structure to talk about this. Finally, we held a debate to discuss who we thought was to blame for the Titanic sinking.
