Highfield Community Primary School are in the process of converting to a Multi Academy Trust with Valley Road Community Primary School. The school will become part of the Iris Learning Trust.

Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work within the Reception Classes at Highfield Primary School.  Highfield Primary School are in the process of converting to an Academy Trust.  The ideal candidate will already have experience as an LSA.   You must have a qualification in teaching and learning to at least NVQ Level 2.  

 

As an LSA at Highfield you will be working within the school Reception Classes.  The ideal candidate must have a commitment to their own professional development and the best interests of the academy in mind at all times.
